J G Hunter

John George Hunter is something of a mystery to me so keen to learn more if any reader has information. I have seen several clubs marked with his name but without address or affiliation.

Born around 1883, he was living at Grange Cottages, Alnmouth, Northumberland, in 1926 and described as a golf professional when he left Glasgow on board the Montrose on 19 May of that year bound for Quebec.
