Unnamed general purpose iron

Date: 1890

This is a nice club, ready to take out on the course or have a swish or two in the office before hanging on the wall but don’t put it behind glass: it’s too satisfying to have a swish with this grandfather iron.

It has a stout 39½” shaft and a 4¼” hosel. Smooth-faced, it probably was never marked with a maker’s name, it has the loft of a lofting iron but a larger head, 4” x 2” at its widest.

Replacement suede grip.

Price $195.00
