English pewter trophy for an RAF competition. The goblet stands 15cm tall and is marked “R.A.F. (M) G.S Aug 77 Medal Winner”.

I am assuming “GS” is for “Golfing Society” but am unsure what the “M” designates. Most of the trophies in this collection were from the Far East which may give a clue (although they were mainly Selangor pewter). This is English Pewter, so marked on the base with “Made in Sheffield”.
