A very playable wryneck putter from before the First World War in excellent condition. The solid iron head has an enclosed ray pattern on the face. The reverse is "Warranted Hand Forged", "W Jeffery Saunton" (in caps) in oval form, and "Special".

A rather nice piece of hickory forms the shaft. The grip is a brown-stained sheepskin, a replacement but typical of the period.
