Hoylake putter

From the scene of many memorable Open championships, most recently 2014 and 2023.
The heavy head has a hyphen pattern between two lines of dots and the reverse is marked “Hoylake Special” in curved form and “Putter”.
The hickory shaft may have been replaced at some point but carries a brown leather grip, in good condition, which is typical of the first decade of the 20th century.
Equally suited to play or display.
