An American-sized mesh ball from the famous Philadelphia sporting goods company of long-time Phillies owner Alfred J Reach. By the time this ball was made the company was owned by Spalding.

It is marked "Whippet" on two poles with two blue squares on the four other poles. The ball is in good shape with around 85% of its original paint.
