The Edzell Golf Club|
"The Edzell Golf Club from the 12th Tee", a limited edition of 100 signed and numbered by the artist James Morrison RSA, RSW, D Univ. Born in Glasgow in 1932, James Morrison spent much of his early career in Angus where the charming Edzell Golf Club is situated. He was senior lecturer at Duncan of Jordanstone Art College in Dundee in the 1980s before leaving to paint in Arctic Canada. He was a presenter on the BBC's Art Programme, "Scope" and on STV's "The Scottish Picture Show".
The framed picture is around 29" x 23" in a tasteful wooden frame. The central image is about 19.5" x 12.5". In addition to his signature the surround has the crest of Edzell Golf Club, 1895, this print series being produced to commemorate the club's centenary.
