Propellor sabbath club

They don't come much more unusual than this - a golf club made from the mahogany of a propellor from a plane of the First World War era, a Sopwith Camel or similar. Who made it I have no idea, nor why. It's neither a great implement for hitting a golf ball nor for using as a walking stick but the novelty value was probably as great then as it is now. Perhaps a gift for an RFC pilot returning from the war.
A metal propellor motif is inlaid on the outer side of the handle,
