Clubmakers Daniel Brown Musselburgh/Fairhaven Born in Musselburgh in 1869, Daniel Brown went to the north west of England to be professional at Morecambe around 1895 and then to Fairhaven in 1897. The 1901 census shows quite a family business in Lytham with Daniel and wife Margaret living at 97 Rossall Road in the town with David Brown, his brother, a clubmaker, and nephew, Thomas, an apprentice.
