A Worcestershire wholesale manufacturer of clubs for professionals and retailers who took over the assets of Hemmings Golf Company which went bankrupt in 1909. (Their 'pedigree' can be traced back to Cuthbert Butchart whose inventory, in turn, had been taken over by Hemmings in 1907).
Their cleekmark was an eye.
