John Allan
Perth
John Allan had a clubmaking business in Perth and was a prominent member of the Perth Artisan club.
The Scotsman recorded his leaving Perth in November 1909 to take up an appointment as assistant at West Drayton.
He must have returned to Perth as he featured in many open and Artisan club competitions in Perth before the Dundee Courier reported in February 1921 that he was emigating to the USA to work as a clubmaker there.
