Andrew Brown
St Andrews/Holyoke, MA
Andrew Brown was a scratch amateur in the St Andrews Golf Club who emigrated to the United States around 1913. He was first a professional at the St Joseph, Missouri, Country Club and, thereafter, at the Hyperion Field Club, Des Moines, Iowa. He qualified for the US Open of 1914.

He was appointed professional to the Mount Tom Golf Links in Massachusetts in April 1916, where Donald Ross was Chairman of the Green Committee. Sometime in the mid 1920s he moved to become professional to the Lawrence Park club in Erie, PA.
