Clubmakers C E Hobley Gloucester/Blackwell Assistant to his father A J Hobley at Cheltenham in 1910. It seems like a long apprenticeship but the first mention I (or Jackson’s Register) have of Cecil Everard Hobley as a professional is at Gloucester in 1920.
